U-disk controller Manual
1. screen parameters Setup of U-disk controller and program edit are the same as serial port controller.Please read related reference manual.
2. Export program to U disk
Via button of the toolbar,export program to U disk. Meanwhile,you could select exporting screen parameters or not.( screen parameters will not change before you reset)
If you want to set the screen parameters via the U-disk,please select"Include screen parameters",and "sync timer"to regulate time.Then,Click"Save", export content to U disk.

3.Use U-disk to set the interface of controller.
After having imported program U-disk out from the computer,Connect the U-disk to the controller, Screen shows "USB",that proves connecting successfully and controller is copying content.When copy finished, screen shows "OK",then U-disk out, screen shows content natural.

If the screen shows"E00X",It means there is something wrong. Implication as follows:

1. IP Address Configuration
<1>Recommend using router,that will automatic search.
Also controller could connect with lan-port directly, sometimes,it need to modify the computer IP ,so that it will search successful.
<2>Controller through the network,will automatic get its own IP within about 5 seconds, afterwhile, software could find the controller directly.
If controller through the network,will automatic get its own IP after about 10 seconds,( remark: in general,when connect with computer directly, controller will not get its own IP)  controller will automatic set its own IP as"192.168.1.252".       If computer"s IP is "192.168.1.X", and "X" is not "252", software could find the controller by automatic search. If computer"s IP is not "192.168.1.X", please set its IP as""192.168.1.X",and "X" is not "252", then, automatic search again.

2. Senior setting and troubleshooting
<1>Please insure firewall allowed that software access to the network,Otherwise software will not find the controller.
<2>If the software cannot search & find the controller,please check the net cable is ok or not. In general,
lan port green light often light up, red light often go out, When sending and receiving data, red light flashs. If indicator light display abnormal,please check the net cable.
<3> If the controller had not connected with router,please check the computer IP is "192.168.1.X"("X" is not "252") or not.
<4>You could modificate the default IP of the controller after connecting and searching successful,
generally as follows:  menu"Tools" ------>"Communication Setup" ------>"Config".
